Summary: Finally making its appearance on
DVD is Oliver & Company, a heart-warming animated film about
Oliver, an orphaned kitten and his quest to make friends and find a
loving home. Oliver first meets Dodger, a canine who helps him learn
the street-smart ways of survival and introduces him to a gang of misfit
canines. Will Oliver be accepted by this bunch of pooches? And
will Oliver find a suitable home? (See cover art picture.) Not
only is Billy Joel part of this star-studded cast, but he also wrote and
performed most of the great songs that accompany this great family film,
along with Bette Midler and Huey Lewis. This DVD features a brand
new, digitally restored and re-mastered film transfer and a superb audio
transfer to Dolby Digital 5.1.
Oliver & Company has never looked and sounded better!
This is delightful, heart-warming, and exciting film can be enjoyed over
and over again. So cuddle up with your little loved ones and enjoy
this charming tale of friendship, love, courage and loyalty. I
highly recommend it.
